This policy explains what information the mobile game MineTactics ("the Game") collects, why it is collected, and who it is shared with. It applies to the Game only. Pawint Studio ("we", "us") is the developer and the controller of this information.
The Game does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, photos, contacts, or precise location, and we do not collect them.
To save your progress, the Game signs you in with the gaming account of your platform — Google Play Games on Android, Game Center on iOS. It uses the account already present on your device, so there is nothing to create and no password to enter. We receive only the player identifier that service returns to us; we never receive your Google or Apple password, and we do not receive your email address.
| Data | Why | Collected by |
|---|---|---|
| Platform gaming account — the sign-in you already have with Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iOS), and the player identifier it returns to us | To sign you in without a password, and to tie your save to an account you can recover on a new device | Google (Play Games Services) or Apple (Game Center) |
| Player ID — an identifier issued to you when you first sign in | To store and restore your game progress, and to answer your requests about your data | Unity Gaming Services (Authentication) |
| Game progress — stage results, stars, in-game currencies, cards, account level, settings | To save your progress and restore it when you reinstall or sign in on another device | Unity Gaming Services (Cloud Save) |
| Gameplay events — e.g. stage cleared or failed, account level gained, integrity flags | To balance difficulty and to detect tampering with the Game | Unity Gaming Services (Analytics) |
| Crash and stability diagnostics — crash stack traces, device model, OS version, Game version, and automatically collected app-usage events (e.g. app open, session start) | To find and fix crashes | Google (Firebase Crashlytics, which includes Google Analytics for Firebase) |
| Advertising identifier and ad interaction data — Android Advertising ID (AAID), coarse location inferred from IP address, ad impressions and clicks | To show rewarded video ads and full-screen ads after a cleared stage, and to measure and limit how often they are shown | Unity LevelPlay ad mediation and Unity Ads (Unity Technologies, including ironSource Ads), and Google AdMob (Google LLC) |
| Purchase records — the product purchased and the purchase token/receipt issued by the store | To deliver what you bought and to prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims | Google (Google Play Billing) |
We do not build advertising profiles ourselves and we never sell your information.
Rewarded ads are optional — you choose whether to watch one. You can limit ad personalisation at any time:
We share information only with the service providers listed below, and only for the purposes above. Each of them processes data under its own privacy policy:
These providers operate servers outside your country, including in the United States. Transfers rely on the safeguards described in the providers' own policies, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information tied to your player ID, or to object to or restrict its processing. Because we hold no name or email address for you, we cannot find your data from those — to make a request, contact us from the device where you play and include your player ID, shown in the Game under Settings.
Deleting the Game's data: uninstalling the Game removes the local save from your device but does not delete the cloud save. To delete the cloud save, email us at pawintstudio@gmail.com with your player ID and the words "delete my data". We will delete it within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and your game progress cannot be recovered afterwards. Purchase records are held by the store and are retained where we are required to keep them for tax and accounting purposes.
If you are in the EEA or the UK you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are in the Republic of Korea, you may contact the Personal Information Protection Commission.
The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or under the minimum age of digital consent in your country), and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Data in transit is protected with TLS, and cloud saves are stored by Unity Gaming Services under its own security controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy as the Game changes. The "Last updated" date at the top will change, and material changes will be announced in the Game before they take effect. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated policy.
