These Terms are an agreement between you and Pawint Studio ("we", "us") about your use of the mobile game MineTactics ("the Game"). By installing or playing the Game, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not play the Game.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that is higher. If you are a minor in your country, you may play only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for any purchases you make.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not:
The Game, including its code, art, sound, and design, remains our property or that of our licensors. Third-party assets used in the Game remain the property of their respective owners.
The Game contains virtual currencies (such as gems, gold, and tickets) and virtual items (such as cards and artifacts). These are licensed to you for use inside the Game only. They are not your property, and:
Paid items are sold through the app store you installed the Game from (for example Google Play). We do not process your payment and never receive your card details. The store's own terms govern the transaction, and refund requests must be made to that store under its refund policy.
Purchases are delivered immediately as digital content. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately upon purchase, and consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country are unaffected by these Terms.
Some parts of the Game let you obtain items with outcomes determined at random. Buying or opening these is optional, the outcome is never guaranteed, and no purchase is required to progress in the Game. Where the Game offers random items, the applicable probabilities are shown on the screen where they are offered.
Playing the Game requires you to be signed in with the gaming account of your platform — Google Play Games on Android, Game Center on iOS. There is no separate account to create and no password to give us. If you decline the sign-in, or if it fails, the Game stops at the title screen and you can retry; there is no offline or guest mode.
Your save is tied to that platform account, and only one save exists per account. You keep your progress by signing in with the same account on a new device. If you lose access to the platform account itself, or the platform suspends or closes it, we cannot move your progress to another account — the platform controls that sign-in, not us.
Your progress is stored on your device and backed up to cloud save, so that you can restore it after a reinstall or on a new device. Two limits are worth knowing:
You can request deletion of your cloud save as described in our Privacy Policy. Deletion is permanent.
The Game detects tampering with its memory or save data. If we detect a breach of Section 2, we may exclude the affected results from our balancing data, reset the affected progress or items, or suspend or terminate your access to the Game. We will act proportionately and, for serious measures, will explain the reason if you contact us.
The Game is provided as an ongoing service that depends on third-party platforms. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any of its features at any time. If we shut the Game down permanently, we will give notice in the Game or on the store listing where reasonably possible, and we will stop selling new paid items in advance of the shutdown.
The Game shows optional rewarded advertisements supplied by third parties. We do not control the content of those advertisements and are not responsible for the products, services, or websites they lead to. Ads can be removed through the in-game "Remove Ads" purchase.
Except where the law provides otherwise, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost virtual items. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Game is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Game in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) KRW 50,000. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of the Republic of Korea have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where the law gives you that right.
We may update these Terms as the Game changes. The "Last updated" date will change, and material changes will be announced in the Game before they take effect. If you do not accept the updated Terms, stop playing the Game; continuing to play means you accept them.
